Service Provider Agreement

This agreement applies to transportation service providers (carriers and brokers) who use MileBid, operated by Express Services Group, Corp (dba MileBid). By onboarding as a provider, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. You are independent

You are an independent business. MileBid is a technology marketplace, not your broker, dispatcher, employer, or agent. MileBid does not arrange transportation, assign loads, or direct how you perform your services. You decide which listings to quote and at what price.

2. Authority, insurance & compliance

You represent that you hold and will maintain all operating authority, registrations, and insurance required for the services you offer, and that the information on your profile (including DOT/MC numbers) is accurate. MileBid displays your FMCSA credentials for users’ information only and does not endorse or guarantee any provider.

3. Quotes & performance

Quotes you post are offers you set yourself. When a shipper accepts your quote, the transportation agreement is between you and the shipper. You are solely responsible for performing the move safely, lawfully, and as agreed, and for any cargo liability.

4. Payment & payouts

Payments are processed and held by Stripe and released to you after both parties confirm delivery, less MileBid’s technology fee. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. MileBid does not custody your funds.

5. Conduct

You agree not to circumvent platform fees, misrepresent your credentials, or transact off-platform to avoid fees on connections made through MileBid. Violations may result in suspension or removal.

6. Termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time. Obligations tied to in-progress transactions survive termination.
