What we collect

Account details you provide (name, business name, email, password).
Service-provider details used for verification (DOT/MC numbers, insurance and credential information).
Listing, quote, message, and transaction activity on the platform.
Limited technical data (IP address, device/user-agent) for security.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace — show listings, quotes, and transactions.
To verify provider credentials against the FMCSA SAFER database.
To process payments and payouts through Stripe.
To send transactional notifications and prevent fraud or abuse.

How we share it

We share the minimum necessary with the other party to a transaction (so a shipper and a chosen provider can fulfill the move) and with service providers that power the platform — notably Stripe (payments) and the FMCSA (public credential lookups). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You may access or request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, session tokens are stored as hashes, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
